NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF TAX SALE AND QUIET TITLE ACTION
Notice is given that Plaintiffs Daniel and Angela Carson filed a Complaint in the Circuit Court of Pulaski County to confirm the tax sale and quiet title in the following real property: 10018 FARRIS AVENUE, SHERWOOD, ARKANSAS PULASKI COUNTY PARCEL NUMBER 22S-001-00-066-00, ALSO DESCRIBED AS: THE NORTH 218 FEET OF THE SOUTH 318 FEET OF THE NORTH HALF (N 1/2) OF THE EAST HALF (E 1/2) OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (NE 1/4) OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (1/4) OF SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH RANGE 11 WEST, EXCEPT THE RIGHT OF WAY FOR PUBLIC ROAD OVER THE WEST 23 FEET THEREOF, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS. The Commissioner of State Lands conveyed the above-described property to Daniel and Angela Carson by Limited Warranty Deed No. 224399 (Pulaski County Instrument No. 2022023745, filed April 5, 2022), after the properties remained unredeemed and the time for redemption expired. Daniel and Angela Carson have since paid taxes on the subject property. This is notice to all persons, firms, corporations and/or improvement districts that can set up or establish any right to the real property so conveyed and forfeited to appear herein and show cause why the Court should not confirm, quiet, and vest title to the real property in fee simple.
