Notice is hereby given that a Complaint has been filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas, to confirm the tax sale(s) and quiet title in and to the following described property/properties in Pulaski County, Arkansas: Part of the East half of the West half (E 1/2 W 1/2) and Part of the West half of the Easthalf (W 1/2 E 1/2) of Tract No. 18, J. C. Brittain’s Acres Subdivision of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section Seven, Township Two, Range Twelve West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, South of the Southernly right of way line of Interstate I-40, more particularly described as follows: Beginning 77.6 feet east of the center line of Tract No. 18 and going one hundred and fifty-five point two feet (155.2) West, more or less, thence two hundred and one point ninety-eight feet (201.98) North, more or less, to the Southernly right of way line of Interstate I-40; thence Easternly along the Southernly right of way line of Interstate I-40 one hundred and eighty point forty-six feet (180.46), more or less; thence Southernly to the point of beginning. The properties described herein were conveyed to Phillip Douglas Lee II, via Limited Warranty Deed(s), and/or Correction Warranty Deed(s), if any, issued pursuant to a tax sale conducted by the Arkansas Commissioner of State Lands, after the properties remained unredeemed and the time period for redemption having expired. The last person, firm or corporation assessed to pay taxes on the above-described real property was: Kenneth Aaron McCaghren, Michael Burel, Nikeita Barton, Brian Maxwell, Sammie D Davidson, Murl D Staggs, Virginia E Staggs, Marcus Staggs, Kyle Lee Morden, Duke Dewayne Alexander, Gracie B Alexander, Dwight Alexander. All persons, firms, corporations, or improvement districts that can establish any right to  the real property conveyed and forfeited is hereby notified to appear herein, asserting his/her/its title or interest in said property/properties and to show cause why the tax sale(s) of the real property/properties should not be confirmed, and title(s) quieted in the name of Plaintiff, in fee simple.
