Notice is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas, to quiet and confirm title in and to the following described properties in Pulaski County, Arkansas: 1516 S CEDAR ST LITTLE ROCK, AR 72204 SECTION: TOWNSHIP: RANGE: ACREAGE: 0.000 LOT 8 BLOCK: 13 CITY: LITTLE ROCK ADDITION: W B WORTHEN SD: 1 PARCEL NUMBER: 34Ll600013300 AND 1520 S CEDAR ST LITTLE ROCK, AR 72204 SECTION: 08 TOWNSHIP: IN RANGE: 12W ACREAGE: 0.000 LOT: 7 BLOCK: 13 CITY: ADDITION: WORTHEN W BSD: 001 PARCEL#: 34Ll600013200. The property described herein was conveyed to Nakesha Swiney, via Limited Warranty Deed, and/or Correction Warranty Deed, if any, issued pursuant to a tax sale conducted by the Arkansas Commissioner of State lands, after the property remained unredeemed and the time period for redemption having expired, who then sold the properties to the Plaintiff, Charles Wattley.  The last person, firm, or corporation assessed to pay taxes on the above-described real property was Albert Hughes.  All persons, firms, corporations, or improvement districts that can establish any right to the real property conveyed and forfeited is hereby notified to appear herein, asserting his/her/its title of interest in said property and to show cause why the tax sale of the real property should not be confirmed, and title quieted in the name of Plaintiff, in fee simple.  WITNESS my hand and seal as Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pulaski County, Arkansas, the 17th day of June 2024, Pulaski County Circuit Clerk.  By William J.
