Said Mortgage was recorded on July 29, 1993 as Instrument No. 9348961 in the real property records of Pulaski County, Arkansas. Said Mortgage was subsequently assigned to EMC Mortgage Corporation by virtue of an assignment dated March 25, 2003 and recorded on March 28, 2007 as Instrument No. 2007021718 in the real property records of Pulaski County, Arkansas. Said Mortgage was subsequently assigned to U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association as successor by merger to Lasalle Bank National Association as Trustee for Certificateholders of EMC Mortgage Loan Trust 2003-B, Mortgage Loan Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2003-B by virtue of an assignment dated August 28, 2012 and recorded on September 17, 2012 as Instrument No. 2012059233 in the real property records of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
