Notice is hereby given that a Complaint has been filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas, to confirm the tax sales and quite title in and to the following described property in Pulaski County, Arkansas: LOT 7, BLOCK 2, HARTS SUBDIVISION, SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 2 NORTH, RANGE 12 WEST, NORTH LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS PARCEL #33N-251.00-017.00. Commonly known as: 1900 Augusta Street, North Little Rock, Arkansas. The property described herein was conveyed to Habitat for Humanity of Central Arkansas, Inc. by Jason C. Mitchell via a Warranty Deed, as evidenced by the Warranty Deed recorded with the Pulaski County Clerk on March 19, 2024, Instrument No. 2024013245. The name of the person, firm, or corporation that last paid the taxes on the property is: Jason C. Mitchell. All persons, firms, corporations, and improvement districts that can establish any right to the real property conveyed and forfeited is hereby notified to appear herein, asserting its title or interest in the property and to show cause why the tax sales of the property should not be confirmed and title quieted in the name of the Plaintiff, Habitat for Humanity of Central Arkansas, Inc., in fee simple.
