A Petition to probate the intestate estate and appoint an Administrator was filed with respect to the estate of O.B. PHILLIPS, deceased, with the clerk of the probate division of the Circuit Court of Pulaski County, Arkansas, pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. §28-41-101. REGENA L. VINT, the undersigned has been appointed Administrator of the estate by an Order of the Court dated November 14, 2024, with Letters Testamentary being issued on November 14, 2024.
The legal description of the real property listed in the estate is as follows:
Lot 12, Block 1, in ALLEN'S HIGHWAY GARDENS, located partly in SE1/4 SE1/4 Section 14, and partly in NE1/4 NE1/4 North of Highway in Section 23, all in Township 3 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and all that part of the NE1/4 NE1/4 of Section 23, Township 3 North, Range 13 West, lying South of said Lot 12 and North of Little Rock- Fort Smith Highway as the same now exists.
