Notice is hereby given that a Complaint has been filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk of Lonoke County, Arkansas, to confirm the tax sale(s) and quiet title in and to the following described property/properties in Lonoke County, Arkansas:

A part of the SW1/4 of the SW1/4 of Section 28, Township 1 North, Range 10 West, Lonoke County, AR more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point forty (40) feet East and Thirty (30) feet North of the Southwest corner of said SW1/4 SW1/4 Sec 28, and on the East boundary old Little Rock to Pine Bluff Road, and on the North boundary of county road; thence Northward along highway boundary 250 feet; thence East 175 feet; thence Southwardly parallel to highway 250 feet to North boundary of county road; thence West 175 feet to point of beginning, containing 1 acre, more or less.
