NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition to Quiet Title has been filed in the Office of the Circuit Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas, to quiet and confirm title in and to the following described property located in Pulaski County, Arkansas in and to the Petitioner: The West 50 feet of Lot 12, Block 20, Kimball’s South Park Subdivision in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. Petitioner claims title to said real property pursuant to a Limited Warranty Deed issued by the Commissioner of State Lands to Petitioner, which Limited Warranty Deed was recorded in the land records of Pulaski County, Arkansas on August 3, 2023 as Instrument No. 2023-040820, as the result of a tax sale conducted pursuant to Act 151 of 1891, Act 626 of 1983 and Act 814 of 1987.
