Notice is hereby given that a Petition has filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas, to quiet and confirm title in and to the following described property in Pulaski County, Arkansas. Part of the NW1/4 of the NE1/4 of Section 2, Township 1 South, Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the NE corner of the NW1/4 of the NE1/4 of Section 2; Thence N88° 24' 19" W, along the North line thereof, a distance of798.00 feet to a point; Thence leaving said North line, South 1° 35’ 41" West, a distance of 41.00 feet to a found 1/2" rebar on the South right of way of Baseline Road, being the Point of Beginning of herein described Tract; Thence South 1° 35’ 41” West, a distance of 284.43 feet to a magnetic sounding in asphalt (called 1" pin); Thence North 88° 11’ 28” West a distance of 134.79 feet to a found 1.5 pipe; Thence North 1° 28’ 10” East a distance of 284.95 feet to a set 1/2" rebar on the South right of way of Baseline Road; Thence South 87° 59’ 57” East, along said right of way, a distance or135.40 feet to the point of beginning. (Commonly referred to as 8301 Baseline Road, Little Rock, Arkansas). All persons claiming any interest in the land or lien thereon are hereby notified to appear in court and show cause why the title of the plaintiff herein should not be quieted and confirmed.
